Our award-winning weekday music mix is now a full time service, seven days a week. Listen online with the links below, or on HD radios at 90.7 FM-2. Meet the DJs
One of the most frequent requests we've gotten from our weekday listeners is to have more airtime devoted to the music you love. We got the message, and technology is making it possible. So now you can hear the same artists you hear on the weekdays on Saturday and Sunday - all day and night. (Weekdays are the same as 90.7 FM.)
Listen online with an MP3 Player or tune in 90.7 FM-2 on an HD Radio, which allows us to broadcast several different channels at our 90.7 FM home.
For a few suggested Internet radios, check the 'WFUV Recommends' Store with Amazon.com. For more information on HD Radio, check our HD Radio Page.
FUV 24/7 is the first of two new full-time services we're introducing over the next year. We plan to launch a radio channel for younger music fans in Fall 2008 for new, independent music, with an emphasis on local artists. It'll be available at wfuv.org, on mobile phones and on our third HD Radio channel. That service is being developed with support from the New York State Music Fund.

Streaming FAQ
Why can't I see what song is playing now? We're working on it, but it's a tough thing to do. The stations that can do that easily are the kind that play the music off computers - we're more old-school, with live people playing CDs and records. That means it takes either a lot of technology or a lot of person-power to enter everything. In the meantime, we do have a searchable list of song playlists on the web site - take note of what date and time you hear something, and you can look it up the next day.
How much does streaming cost us? We pay for the bandwidth used by all listeners collectively. It would cost us more if you left it running all weekend, yes. Our online listeners contribute the funds we use to pay for streaming by becoming WFUV Members. Are you a Member yet?
Why is the stream skipping or dropping? Most of the time it's not you OR us, it's a problem in the pipeline in between. Make sure your connection speed is fast enough - check your player's Advanced windows for a display of what's coming through. It could be a local network problem or something larger - You can check your connection speed at speakeasy.net/speedtest/.
