Willie Nelson turns 80 years old today. The "red-headed stranger" started making music in the 1950s then wrote hits for Patsy Cline and Ray Price in the '60s before becoming a superstar in the '70s. We're celebrating this morning with a set of his music, his collaborations, duets and others covering his songs. What would you like to hear? Country legend Willie Nelson has been in terrific form lately, touring in support of his new album, Heroes. One stop was The Wellmont Theatre, and I was lucky enough to get the invitation to join Willie on his bus for the ride from Montclair to Philadelphia. As we cruised down the highway, we chatted about music, family, old friends... and watermelon.
