FUV Live at the 2013 Newport Folk Festival

by Sarah Wardrop
Laura Fedele

The Summer of FUV continues with the Newport Folk Festival this weekend. Tickets sold out faster than ever this year, so Team FUV and NPR Music are making sure you can enjoy the festival even if you aren't in the crowd.

Starting this Friday afternoon, FUV's Rita Houston and Alisa Ali join NPR Music's Bob Boilen and Ann Powers to host a three-day live broadcast from Fort Adams State Park. You can listen at 90.7FM or online, and we'll bring you the full NPR Music video webcast at too.

Check out the current (i.e. subject to change) broadcast line-up below. And if you are headed to Newport this weekend, stop by the FUV and NPR Music tents and say hi!
