Question of the Day: Cold Enough for You?

Since yesterday morning the temperature in New York City has dropped more than 50 degrees. We hit a record low 4º this morning and we'll barely get to double digits with a biting wind adding to the chill. So today we're asking for "cold" songs, in any sense of the word.
