On Tuesday, November 28, representatives from Chelsea FC, along with club legends Ashley Cole and Michael Essien, visited Fredrick Douglass Academy on 148th St. in Manhattan. The visit was a culmination of a five-year relationship between Chelsea and FC Harlem, who have teamed up to bring a $2.5 Million youth soccer field to West Harlem that will run directly under the W 145th St. bridge.

The visit to Harlem was the final stop on a US tour for Essien, Cole, and Chelsea as they teamed with charitable organizations across the country.
