Concerns About New York's New Ballots

Questions on New York City's ballot might be forgotten by voters...because they're on the back.

New York City voters will have a chance to change term limits back to two terms on Election Day, but they're going to have to turn over their ballot.

The question will actually be on the back of the ballot, and is said to be in small type. Public Advocate Bill de Blasio says he's concerned.

"The public got robbed of that opportunity in '08, they certainly expressed their frustration in '09, and this was going to finally be the chance to set the record straight. What I'm worried about now is that it's going to be hard for people to do it."

In 2008, the City Council unilaterally changed term limits to three terms. Election Day is November 2.
