Fordham Conversations: Magic, Science, and Religion

....they have more in common than you might think.

This week’s show tackles some of life’s big questions (Why are we here? Where do we go when we die?) by looking at three different systems of knowledge (magic, science, and religion). Katia Yuguis is a doctoral student in the Sociology/Anthropology department at Fordham University. She teaches a class called “Magic, Science, and Religion” and discusses why all three are important, how they're similar/different, and why we shouldn’t be dismissive of any one of them.
