FORDHAM CONVERSATIONS: Strikes a Chord to Help Combat the Stigma of Mental Illness

What do you do when the genius mind is also schizophrenic?
Every quarter WFUV’s Strike a Chord campaign examines an issue that’s important to you. This time, our news reports, PSA’s and public affairs programs are delving into the need to combat mental health stereotypes.
On today’s Fordham Conversations my guest is University of Southern California Law professor Elyn Saks.  She discusses how she became an Ivy League grad, legal scholar, endowed professor all while coping with schizophrenia.

You can hear Fordham Conversation’s every Saturday at 7am on 90.7 WFUV or on WFUV's News Page.

You can hear Fordham Conversations through our weekly podcast.

You can also friend-us on Facebook.
