GW's Start Too Hot for Fordham

Rams Unable to Stop Colonials Early

Fordham fell to George Washington on the road Saturday night 93-67. The Colonials shot the ball very well all game. They used a stretch of 11 straight baskets in the first half to take a commanding 56-33 lead at the half.

Senior guard Branden Frazier led the way for the Rams with 23 points and sophomore Mandell Thomas chipped in with 18. Maurice Creek's 20 led George Washington and the Colonials had four players in double figures. This loss dropped Fordham to 9-13 on the season and 2-7 in the Atlantic 10.
