Kingsbridge Armory Project Back on Track

A long-stalled plan to turn the Kingsbridge Armory into a massive ice skating facility is getting back on track. That after Governor Cuomo promised a 108 million dollar loan to jumpstart the project in his State of the State address last week. But as WFUV's Diana Nelson reports, some people in the neighborhood are concerned the new ice center will freeze them out.
