Sometimes it's love at first sight with a band, and that's what happened for me with Lo Moon. I first heard "Loveless" last fall and immediately wanted more.

At the time, the trio from Los Angeles was so new to the public that there wasn't a lot of press or video online, so the band had a bit of mystery around them, which is rare in our hyper-social world these days. That mystery suits the band and keeps the focus on the music: big, gorgeous, sweeping, well-crafted songs that convey a lot of emotion but leave a lot of room for, well, mystery.

It's such a treat to get lost in music like this. So, take my hand, here's Lo Moon.
