Morning Brief: April 7

If you're a fan of theater, you probably know the ticket lottery for the hit Broadway show "Hamilton" has been online the past few months because of the cold weather. Well, not anymore. Despite the unseasonably cold weather, the lottery and the famous pre-lottery "Ham4Ham" shows are once again happening live outside the Richard Rodgers for spring time. Creator Lin-Manuel Miranda was joined yesterday by Mayor de Blasio to make the announcement, who brought Miranda a cup of tea for his laryngitis as a "public service."
