Morning Brief: July 1

After a win against top ranked Germany, the US is moving on to the finals in the Women's World Cup in Canada. They won 2-0, keeping up their goal-less streak; the US hasn't let up a single goal since their first game against Australia. And it was lucky the US was able to keep this up with a whiffed penalty kick from Germany. The US made it this far last year before losing to Japan in the final. It looks like they're still hungry and are ready to take home a win on Sunday.
