Morning Brief: May 6

If he were still alive, Orson Welles would be celebrating his 100th birthday today. The famous actor and director's probably best known for his fist film Citizen Kane about enigmatic newspaper tycoon Charles Foster Kane. But Welles also left his mark on our own medium with his famous War of the Worlds radio broadcast a day before Halloween in 1938. Today, he's considered by many to be one of the best directors of all time.
