Morning Brief: November 9 2015

President Obama is hoping to mend the relationship between himself and the Israeli president today. The last time the two met Netanyahu sided with the Congressional GOP and blasted the president for supporting the nuclear deal with Iran. They hope to get past the ugliness the Iran deal caused between the two leaders and focus on new issues like Russia's encroachment in the Middle East.
