The Piano Man honored at MSG

One of New Yorks's most iconic musicians is being honored at The World's Most Famous Arena. 

Billy Joel will be performing in his 100th performance at Madison Square Garden tonight. 

Since his legendary residency in 2014, he has been playing one show a month at MSG. To honor him, his piano has been placed on display.

Governor Cuomo, who is godfather to one of Joel's daughters, also declared today "National Billy Joel Day."

Just like all of The Piano Man's other concerts at MSG, tonight is sold out.
