Radoe's Steel Orchestra

For many West Indians living in New York City, the steel drum is a way of connecting with home. Many steel drum groups participate in an annual competition called Panorama, including Radoe's Steel Orchestra.

We saw and heard for ourselves how serious these musicians are about playing steel drums, when we dropped in on one of their rehearsals in Canarsie.
