Robert Sarazin Blake is a perpetually touring troubadour from Washington State. His music has been described by What's Up magazine as "a blend of Arlo Guthrie-style talking blues peppered with leftist-anarchist philosophies."

His twelfth album, Recitative, is an ambitious double CD with tales of our times, recorded in upstate New York. In his visit to WFUV he touched on life on the road, his connection with New York City, and what his philosophies really are.
