It was Nashville meeting Nova Scotia when Tim O'Brien traveled to Nova Scotia to record an album with the young Canadian Chris Ludecke, who calls himself Old Man Ludecke.

Despite three feet of snow on the ground outside Chris's home recording studio, there was a natural affinity between the versatile veteran O'Brien and his protégé, resulting in the album, Domestic Eccentric.

They brought their musical chemistry to Studio A for this session, in which they talked about their mutual admiration and performed songs from that album, as well as Tim's latest, Pompadour.
