Traveller: 2018

The perfect WFUV supergroup has arrived! The band Traveller features some of our favorite singer-songwriters: Robert Ellis, Jonny Fritz and Cory Chisel — bringing their collective talents together in this dynamic trio.

We actually caught one of their first ever shows back in 2015 at the Newport Folk Festival when they only had about four songs as a band. Now they have a full album of material, called Western Movies, and we’ll get a sample of some of the new songs today and talk with the fellas about their journey toward becoming Traveller.
