Tonight's UKNY at 11 has some formidable Londoners at the forefront, like the blissfully raucous The Big Moon (pictured), wistful newcomer Jones, and New Zealand transplants The Veils.

Also, Ed Harcourt returns with a ferocious new album and I'll have a double dose of Toronto bands for the Commonwealth Cut—including the funny and fierce quartet Weaves who return to New York next week with shows at Mercury Lounge on August 24 and Baby's All Right on August 25.

Missed the show? You can stream UKNY in the FUV Weekend Archives for two weeks after broadcast.
