Tonight's UKNY at 11 rounds up new releases from Wolf Alice, Baxter Dury, the Clientele, Nadine Shah and Saint Etienne (who also came by FUV's Studio A earlier this week and had two amazing shows in New York).

And there are milestone anniversaries to acknowledge too — BBC Radio One (and Radio Two) launched 50 years ago today, September 30, 1967. And a Radio One staple of the Britpop '90s, the Verve's Urban Hymns, turned 20 yesterday, September 29.

Missed tonight's show? Find it on demand immediately after broadcast in FUV's Weekend Archives.

Songs played:

2. Wolf Alice, “Heavenward,” Visions of a Life
