Morning Brief: March 6

Morning Brief: March 6

Time to "spring foward."

It's time for daylight saving again, but it's not the one we like. On Sunday, we're going to lose an hour, so don't forget to set your clock an hour ahead. The whole idea of daylight saving seems a little silly, and some in the past seem to have agreed. First adopted in the US for WWI, it was so unpopular that Congress it ended it right after. Same goes for its use in WWII. But in 1966, it was brought back with the Uniform Time Act. Now, the only states that don't observe DST are Arizona and Hawaii.
