New York City dealing with the cold temperatures.

New York City residents (and pretty much the whole northeast United States) are dealing with the cold temperatures on President's Day. The winds mixed with the already low temperatures have brought the wind chill below freezing. New York City officials have urged residents to be smart and stay indoors when possible. [CBS NY]
