Officials Urge New Yorkers to Speak Up

New York City officials are urging people to report suspicious activity. 

This comes as federal authorities investigate a credible but unconfirmed al-Qaida threat to use a car bomb on bridges or tunnels in New York or Washington D.C.  WFUV's Angelina Chavez talked with commuters about what they would have to see before they say something.
