NYC Reaches Settlement with Critical Mass Bikers

A lawsuit brought by  bike riders arrested by the NYPD has been settled for nearly a million dollars.

The more than 80 cyclists involved in the suit were taken into custody during Critical Mass rides between 2004 and 2006.  The police have said the large group of riders disrupted traffic. But Barbara Ross, one of the plaintiffs in the case, says cops unfairly targeted riders.
