The South Street Seaport's getting some new eats this summer. Brooklyn's so-called SmorgasBurg is bringing food vendors and drinks from their SmorgasBar concept to the Lower Manhattan tourist hotspot.
The typically busy tourist mecca looks more like a ghost town. Stores and restaurants are shuttered. Signs that read Do Not Enter are plastered all over the windows of now empty establishments.
If you're looking for a ride that zips you from South Street Seaport around the island of Manhattan, you might want to consider the SHARK speedboat.
