Mountain Stage

Listen Fridays from 2-4pm for concert performances from established favorites and up-and-coming artists.

Trailblazing Live Music Radio:

On stage at Mountain Stage

Mountain Stage guarantees the best seats in the house for new performers and established artists. It's a two-hour weekly exploration of the exciting and spontaneous sound of live performance, offering intelligent, contemporary music seasoned with traditional and roots artists.

Hosted by Larry Groce, the program occasionally takes a road trip to bring music lovers rare and special events as they happen. You'll enjoy front row seats at a Nashville hot spot, join enthusiastic fans in a salute to the Fairfield Four, legends in a cappella gospel. This award-winning show is the longest-running program of its kind - over 1,200 artists have appeared on the Stage since it premiered nationally in 1985.

PRI

The show is recorded weekly before an audience at the West Virginia Cultural Center in Charleston. For ticket information, contact West Virginia Public Radio at (304) 558-3000 - or visit the official Mountain Stage web site.
