Escape those cold gloomy skies, warm up by the fire, and join us tonight for the Whole Wide World as we celebrate the excellent soundtracks that have recently made their musical debut. We'll be spinning excellent songs from Inside Llewyn Davis, 12 Years A Slave, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, and many more from recent movie releases. We will also be previewing music from artists playing our upcoming Holiday Cheer concert featuring Iron & Wine, Amos Lee, Calexico, and other greats.

We Can Do It! Join us tonight on the Whole Wide World as we celebrate women in music with a full 3-hour showcase. Tune in for songs from female artists representing all genres: from Sarah Vaughn to Erykah Badu, from Diana Ross and the Supremes to Brandi Carlile, From Carole King to Diane Birch. We certainly won't be skipping a beat tonight, your favorite female musicians are cued up and ready to spin for your listening pleasure.

In honor of  WFUV's "Rock Your Body Dance Party" tomorrow evening, Rita plays a sneak peek of the set she'll be spinning at Webster Hall for our fundraiser.
