The regular season is headed toward the finish line for Fordham Men’s Basketball. Before the Rams’ Saturday night matchup with the Saint Joe’s Hawks, Mack Rosenberg and I sat down with Head Coach Tom Pecora .
Nolan Silbernagel and I talked with CBSsports.com NFL writer Clark Judge Saturday about the NFL, which still manages to be relevant even in its offseason. He visited Indianapolis last weekend for the NFL combine and shares his thoughts on who he had his eyes on. We break down some of the quarterbacks like Denard Robinson of Michigan and West Virginia’s Geno Smith and what their futures could be as we apporoach draft day. Then of course the big story of the week: Manti Te’o. Judge gives us his thoughts on his draft stock and the nature of scouts asking players questions about their sexual orientation.
Kenny Ducey and I were able to get a great outlook on the Rangers season talking with Rangers play-by-play announcer for MSG Network, Sam Rosen.
Rosen had an overall optimistic feel about where the team is in comparison to the start of the season. We were able to ask him why the Rangers power play has been so poor this year, if he was surprised by Rick Nash's low goal total, and if he thinks Head Coach John Tortorella is too harsh on his players.

The Fordham Rams are getting into the home stretch of their regular season. With less than ten games remaining on the schedule, the Rams must battle to make the Atlantic 10 tournament. On Saturday morning, Mack Rosenberg and I sat down with Rams’ Head Coach Tom Pecora.
WFUV Beat Reporters Eric Mollo, Mike Watts, and Kenny Ducey broke down the Giants, Rangers, and Nets respectively before Fordham's game at La Salle Saturday. Click below to hear reaction to Ahmad Bradshaw's release, how the Rangers can return to the top of the East, and what is hurting the Nets so badly.
This week on NFL Friday, I catch up with Kenny Ducey and discuss the Super Bowl. We also use part of the show to talk about the recent moves made by the Giants and Jets. Dave Sims, a great friend of WFUV and the radio voice of the NFL on Sunday Night for Dial Global as well as the television voice of the Seattle Mariners on Root Sports joined us to talk about the postseason, the Super Bowl, the Associated Press' NFL awards and of course a little news on his Mariners.
Saturday afternoon Kris Venezia and I had the opportunity to get both perspectives from the two Super Bowl teams, supplying strong analysis and real life experiences to break down the game.
First we talked with Matt Vensel, Baltimore Sun Ravens blogger, asking him about the Ray Lewis controversy this week and Joe Flacco's performance. He also describes the Flacco's contract situation and the keys to the Ravens winning Sunday.
The Fordham Rams are now 1-2 in Atlantic 10 play. On Saturday, Fordham Men’s Basketball Head Coach Tom Pecora stopped by the WFUV Studios to discuss the state of his squad.
I'm going to try to channel my inner Hunter S. Thompson here, and while I may not contain his Gonzo prose nor his dashingly portrayed good looks by Johnny Depp (Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and The Rum Diary), I’m at least attempting to cover a facet he never did in Puerto Rico: Baseball.
