Leading 30-23 at halftime, the Fordham Rams did not look back as they went on to beat the Siena Saints 69-67. With the Rams up seven at the half, we got the chance to talk with Mike Breen, a WFUV sports alumnus, the voice of the New York Knicks on MSG, and the voice of the NBA on ESPN, as part of the One on One Halftime Report.

Fordham Edges Siena For 2nd Win

The Fordham Rams edged out the Siena Saints 69-67 on Monday evening at the Rose Hill Gym.

Coming off losses to UMass-Lowell and the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, the Rams needed a win desperately. Many did not think they had a chance against a Siena team that had won its previous two road contests. Fordham proved the nay-sayers wrong, and an emphatic block by freshman Eric Paschall sealed the win in the final seconds. 

Fordham Falls to Maryland, 66-50

The Fordham Rams fell 66-50 on Thursday night while visiting the University of Maryland Terrapins.

Juniors Ryan Rhoomes and Mandell Thomas led the Rams with 14 points apiece. Rhoomes also had 7 rebounds. Senior Bryan Smith lead the team with 9 rebounds.
