Fordham’s search for a basketball coach concluded today as Tom Pecora was introduced as the new head Ram. The Queens native comes to the Bronx from Hofstra. Ben Allen, Tom Felice, and I anchored the WFUV coverage from the Duane Library.
This past Saturday, One on One was live at Pocono Raceway with some special coverage centered around Fordham student Chase Mattioli, a business major in the class of 2012. Chase is in 3rd place for the ARCA series rookie of the year, and 17th overall. Ben Allen, Ricky Cibrano, and Joe Tordy were able to get behind the scenes with Chase and his family.
Yesterday’s One on One was centered around the saddening losses of Yankees’ public address announcer Bob Sheppard and principal owner George Steinbrenner.
On this past week’s One on One, we continued coverage of the upcoming Broadway play, Lombardi. We spoke with actor Rob Riley, who plays former Green Bay Packers linebacker Dave Robinson.
