New York Giants 2014 Season Recap

Big Blue looks to put this season behind them and return back to the playoffs in 2015

The New York Football Giants finished the 2014 season with a 6-10 record.  For the third straight year, Big Blue missed the playoffs and finished the season with a losing record for the second year in a row.  Owner John Mara called finishing 6-10, “an embarrassment”.  New York has seen that winning a Super Bowl is not easy, but you need to qualify for the playoffs before you win a Super Bowl.  The playoff drought has fans and management searching for answers.  However, one answer that the Giants believe they have figured out is at head coach. 

Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie Considers Retiring if Broncos Win the Super Bowl

The cornerback said he's already told teammates he's serious about possibly retiring.

Broncos cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie nearly won a Super Bowl in 2009. Now, five years later, the 27-year-old said Monday he would strongly consider retiring if Denver wins the Lombardi Trophy.

Even for those who do not breathlessly follow every happening in Hollywood, the quartet of ceremonies --- Emmys, Grammys, Oscars, and Tonys --- always attracts casual fans, just to see what movies, songs, television programs and Broadway shows that they’ve seen or heard over the past year take home honors.  I must confess that I am one of these casual fans, except when it comes to the Grammys; being a lover of music, I usually know all of the songs or albums nominated for the prestigious award.
