The A-10 Championship in Virginia was a milestone race for many reasons for both the Men's and Women's Cross Country teams. Although the men placed sixth and the women ninth out of the 13 teams that ran at A-10s, the individual and team performances were extremely impressive. Women's co-captain Anisa Arsenault broke 18 in the race and ran a personal best of 17:58, giving her one of the fastest times at that distance in Fordham history.
November is upon us, which means it's championship season in Cross Country. Anthony Pucik sat down with Fordham Women's XC Head Coach Tom Dewey, and runners Ariana Bottalico and Anisa Arsenault to talk about the season thus far and the upcoming A-10 Championship.
