One on One's NFL Friday: Week 10, 2014

Matt Moro and Patrick Burns discussed the latest around the NFL for Week 10, including Thursday night football , the Patriots-Broncos and the revitalization of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Kelly Kultys and Kristian O'hara gave their weekly Jets and Giants reports and Joe Marie joined for fantasy, before the staff made their weekly picks. 

Giants Fall to Colts 40-24

The New York Giants lost their 3rd straight game on Monday night, 40-24 to the Indianapolis Colts. New York was dominated from the start, scoring three points in the 1st half. Andrew Luck threw for 350 yards for the fifth road game in a row, an NFL record. The Giants will now travel to Seattle to face the defending Super Bowl Champion Seahawks.

Fordham Improves to 8-1 on the Year

The Fordham Rams defeated the Colgate Raiders 37-13 to give them an 8-1 record on the year & 4-0 in the Patriot League.  Michael Nebrich sat out for this game due to appendicitis, and Senior Quaterback Peter Maetzold started for the Rams.  Theis was his sixth appearence of the season, and his first start of the year.

Fordham Football makes its return to the Top 10 of the FCS Coaches Poll after defeating Lehigh 48-27 on October 25th. Last weekend's victory is the first ever win at Goodman Stadium for the Rams.

On this edition of Monday Night Quarterback, Mike Watts and Nick Logerfo sit down with Head Coach Joe Moorhead, Tight Ends coach Ian Pace, OL Mason Halter and RB Chase Edmonds, who tied both the Patriot League and Fordham record for touchdowns in a single game with 5 this past weekend. They recap the Lehigh game, look ahead to Colgate, and comment on the team's offense.

Bolts Stay Perfect in Brooklyn

Brooklyn’s professional football team is bringing the thunder so far this season. The Brooklyn Bolts improved to 2-0 in the FXFL (Fall Experimental Football League) as they defeated the Omaha Mammoths, 15-13, on Friday night in dramatic style. 

Fordham Wins First Game at Goodman Stadium

The Fordham Rams defeated Lehigh 48-27 to give them a 7-1 record on the year, 3-o in the Patriot League.  QB Michael Nebrich threw for 292 yards and a touchdown, but the story of the day was freshman running back Chase Edmonds.  Edmonds rushed for almost 200 yards and 5 touchdowns, tying a Fordham and Patriot League record.  He almost added a 95-yard kick return to his day, but that was called back by a penalty.  Still, the Fordham offense put up over 580 yards and the defense limited Lehigh to just 127 yards through the air.  Fordham's next matchup comes agains
