Today on One on One, Kenny and I were joined by Lenn Robbins, Sports Columnist for the NY Post. While covering a variety of different topics about all the great games this rivalry weekend, we narrowed in on the Notre Dame matchup at USC later tonight.
Mack and Kenny recap the Thanksgiving holiday, then dive straight into some Jets talk. Listen to why Kenny is optimistic for the rest of the Jets season, as well as what they guys think the Giants need to do to pull off a win against Green Bay.
In the general NFL segment, they look closer into the Thanksgiving games, then get into whether or not the Bears are for real, who should start for the 49ers, and whether or not the Texans are the best in the AFC.
In the final edition of Monday Night Quarterback 2012, Rams head coach Joe Moorhead talks about the key plays in the season finale against Colgate. He also reflects on his first season as head coach and the furture of Fordham Football.
On Saturday afternoon, the 2012 Patriot League Champion Colgate Raiders defeated
the Fordham Rams 41-39 in a game that electrified the fans at Jack Coffey Field.
Mike Watts and Kenny Ducey discuss Giants' recent losses with guest Paul Schwartz, Giants Beat reporter for the New York Post. They cover all the hot topics for Big Blue including: Eli Manning's recent play, the running game, and the defense. Eric Mollo and Joe Vitiello have their respective weekly Giants and Jets reports.
Rams head coach Joe Moorhead talks to Fordham broadcaster Mike Watts about his team's win over Lafayette 36-26. They talk about the key plays made by the defense and bounce back game for quarterback Ryan Higgins and the Fordham offense.
After another victory on Thursday, rookie sensation Andrew Luck is the talk of the National Football League. He has his Colts at 6-3 and in good position to make a playoff run, just a season after the franchise was the laughing stock of the league.
Things didn’t look good after 7 minutes and 11 seconds. Fordham (6-4) was down 10-0, and were missing their top defensive performer in Mike Martin. Fordham would not be denied this afternoon at Jack Coffey Field, coming away with a 36-27 victory over the Lafayette Leopards (5-5).
Mike and Kenny talk Jets with writer for the New York Post, Anthony Sulla-Heffinger. They disscuss more chatter from Antonio Cromarite and the upcoming game in Seattle. Beat Reporter Joe Vitiello has more sound from Gang Green.
Coach Moorhead talks with Fordham broadcasters Alex Smith and Mike Watts about the team’s loss to Bucknell, including Fordham’s final drive with a chance to win the ball game. Then coach talks about what his team is doing to finish the season strong against Lafayette and Colgate.
