Brandi and The Alexanders: 2018

Local band Brandi and the Alexanders has been captivating audiences all over New York City for the past couple of years.

The powerhouse vocals of lead singer Brandi Thompson are immediately enthralling. She sings songs of heartbreak and empowerment set to undeniable grooves provided by the Alexanders: guitarist Nick Fokas, bassist Eric Wendell, keyboardist Ethan Simon, and FUV's own Eric Gottlieb on drums.

Their full-length debut album, How Do You Like It?, is a wonderful mix of soul, rock and funk.

The band stopped by Studio A to talk about and play us some of their new music.
