Cautious Clay at WFUV

Brooklyn's Josh Karpeh, who records as Cautious Clay, started playing the flute at the age of seven. Although he still plays that instrument, he has also picked up many others, including guitar, drums, and saxophone.

After working on remixes with other artists, he began making his own music and uploading songs to Soundcloud. One song, "Cold War," started gaining traction and that gave Karpeh the confidence to keep recording and releasing tracks. He now has two EPs out, called Blood Type and Resonance.

During this episode of FUV Live, Cautious Clay plays a song from each and I'll talk to Karpeh about his career path.
