The last time that Louisiana crooner Dylan LeBlanc visited us, he'd just released his third album, Cautionary Tale, which was a tender collection of introspective songs. He’s back now with another great record, called Renegade, and this one is a huge leap forward for him.

As the title suggests, this is a rockin’ album, and a big part of that is due to LeBlanc's backing band, the Pollies. LeBlanc also worked with Nashville hitmaker and producer Dave Cobb, who helped him sculpt his most polished record yet.

For this FUV Live session, LeBlanc gives me the inside scoop about the making of this new album, plus LeBlanc and the Pollies play a couple of songs from Renegade.
