Patriot League play opens with a Fordham win

Fordham officially won their Patriot League opener for the first time since the conference championship winning season in 2007 in their first game that counted in the Patriot League since November 2009.

This week we review Fordham's 45-16 Ram-Crusader Cup win over Holy Cross. Michael Nebrich (5 total touchdowns) won Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week honors while Chase Edmonds (142 rushing yards) took home his fourth Rookie of the Week award.

Joe Moorhead visits the show to discuss a crazy game in Worcester, Patrick Murray's big game against his home town Steelers, and a look ahead to Lafayette. First year defensive line coach Darin Edwards joins to talk about the great play of DeAndre Slate, Brett Biestek, Justin Yancey, Marlin Crook Jr and Nick Merino and his own journey to Fordham. And we welcome defensive back Jake Dixon (three tackles and an interception) and wide receiver Brian Wetzel (two touchdowns) to the show as well.
