Senator Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton held a presidential debate last night in Brooklyn. Interesting moments of the night included when Sanders said Clinton had the right experience to be a president, but that he questions her judgment. Throughout the campaign, Sanders has attacked Clinton, due to her ties to Wall Street. As reported by the New York Times, when asked how these ties have affected her, Sanders stated, “Now, Secretary Clinton was busy giving speeches to Goldman Sachs for $225,000 a speech. So the proper response, in my view, is we should break them up.” [full story]
