The accused gunman who killed 3 people at a planned parenthood clinic in Colorado, Robert Dear, abruptly shouted "I'm guilty. There's no trial" during his first courtroom appearance today. Mr. Dear was bearded and unkempt and was facing 179 felony counts, including first-degree murder when he made the outburst.
