What says the groundhog?

Last night was the Super Bowl and a win for the Patriots, but now it's time to see how much longer our winter's going to last. Today's Groundhog day and de Blasio's going to be in Staten Island to get the prediction from Staten Island Chuck, a year after the mayor's groundhog mishap. The weather's calling for clouds, so here's to hoping for an early spring.
