Morning Brief: February 3

Obama released the nations $4 trillion budget for this fiscal year yesterday. In it, he claimed victory over the US's long recession. His plan relies a lot on tax increases for the wealthy and large corporations. While his plan is ambitious and not all parts are likely to fly with Congress, one of the proposals Obama made was a tax to upgrade infrastructure, which could really help some of the aging bridges and other infrastructure in New York.
