Morning Brief: June 15

Tomorrow, Cornell Tech is breaking ground on its newest graduate school campus: a 12-acre area on Roosevelt Island that’s slated to cost $2 billion. One of the planned buildings is dubbed The Bridge, and has been called a “corporate co-location.” About a third of its space will be occupied by students, and the rest will be a co-working space rented by a mix of startups and larger companies. The complex is slated to open in 2017.
