Prosecutors won't charge in Death of Eric Garner

Almost five years to the day after the death of Eric Garner, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York Richard Donoghue announced his decision not to charge NYPD officer Daniel Pantaleo in Garner's death. Donoghue said that there was insufficient evidence to prove Garner's civil rights were violated. Gwen Carr, Garner's mother, has expresed her outrage at the decision.
