Thomas Dybdahl: 2019

Thomas Dybdahl's new album, All These Things, has been on repeat in my house for weeks now, so I was delighted to welcome him back to WFUV.

The Norwegian songwriter recorded his latest release here in the U.S., teaming up with legendary producer Larry Klein and a top-notch band at Hollywood’s Sunset Sound Studios for a marathon three-day session. These songs have a romance about them, but lyrically there are some darker themes revealed.

Dybdahl is a great, soulful singer with an intimacy that runs throughout this acoustic performance in Studio A.
