Next up: Adam Green
His block is the Hunt's Point neighborhood in the Bronx, where Rocking the Boat is introducing kids to the Bronx River. Green is the Founder and Executive Director. His organization teaches job skills via boat building, environmental studies, community programming and sailing. Rocking the Boat's motto is "kids don't just build boats, boats build kids." Many past participants are so impacted by the program that they come back to teach what they learned.
