Bronx's Borough President is calling for the city's housing authority to open its books for public review.

He and other officials are questioning how money is being spent.

Ruben Diaz Jr. rallied with Bronx residents and housing leaders Wednesday calling for nearly $140,000 to be spent on computers in Bronx community centers.

The money was earmarked for the centers last year, but Diaz says the computers haven't arrived.

Diaz says the agency should be forced to explain how it spends money allocated to NYCHA.
