Lianne La Havas: 2015

London's Lianne La Havas specializes in an acoustic hybrid of alternative folk and soul. Recently, this singer and songwriter released her sophomore album, Blood. The record was thematically inspired by her ancestral roots in Jamaica and Greece. Although La Havas prefers a minimalist approach as a songwriter, this album has bigger and bolder production techniques. It's a grand but intimate record.

I had a chance to talk with Lianne about the album, and we'll hear that conversation as well as some live performances of the new material during this episode of FUV Live.
